    Awesome, because as you can tell there's one that's got a lot more white than the other so I didn't know if that was one of the signs of a certain sex like barred rocks.

    Okay now that I found out my barred rocks were cockerels instead, I am now second guessing my so called "pullet" silver lace wyandottes. What do you guys think?

    Thanks for your responses guys, they definitely were cockerels. I was able to trade a lady for hens

    Neither have laid any eggs and they are like 16 weeks I believe. My silver laced haven't laid any eggs either. Maybe someone else can chime in on these two because from my research, the barred rock cockerels are light in color.

    Hey guys this is my first time on BYC and I have two barred rocks pullets that I got from a local C-A-L ranch store. Well they are around 16 weeks and I noticed this morning that one of them were crowing. Here's the culprit, can you tell if it's a he or a she?
