it is on Squire Lyles Rd. take 31 to Scottsville turn right on 100 go to 585 on right take it go to Squire Lyles Rd on right turn right go several miles..on the left..can't miss it..this is in the edge of the Scottsville Amish/Mennonite community..there are several of those families that are...- CedarRidgeChicks

Meri..don't know about the fox sound..but oh yeah they dig..they dig dens if need be to have their young..and believe it or not..they can climb a fence..saw it with my own eyes in my pen..6 ft fence..no top..he/she used a tree to shimmy up between it and the fence!!!..better get out the trap or...- CedarRidgeChicks

...I think semi-retirement/retirement is harder than working!! Sometimes I am stressed from not knowing if I am coming or going!!! Talk about not remembering..some days it is scary!!.. ..I was thinking the same thing..but I can't blame them..I went to Sano for the first time today..was looking for more quail..only BW there..I did get some buff japs..and I saw Meri/hubby..How did it go for you Meri?? Sandi- CedarRidgeChicks

hey farrier..did you get out to Harpers??? Ist Sat in April the Amish Community has a consignment sale in Scottsville..one of the biggest around..this year it took 8 hrs to do all the the poultry/small animals..it is a good one..just have to be careful what you buy..(some slip in old hens etc.)- CedarRidgeChicks

Not while I was there..or that I saw..I have gotten different goods from the Amish families and there was a couple of little Amish boys there selling bantams and a fmily with some kind of poultry on a wagon going in as we were leaving..have you ever been to the horse drawn equip. sale in April...- CedarRidgeChicks

all Just wanted to let Ky folks know there is a swap/bst day June 20 12:00 noon til sunset Scottsville, Ky (1597 Squire Lyles Rd) at Tim and Susie Hen House..there is an ad on their website..sounds interesting..think I will check it out..love to go to Scottsville to buy produce from...- CedarRidgeChicks
