Shelbyville TSC swap was really nice. My son found him some BB Red OEG pullets and I really talked myself out of a nice mini donkey (thank God!) There were banties, a mix of big stock, Americanas, Silkies, Ducks, Turkeys, Keets, Pony, Mini Donkey, Sheep, mini pigs etc. Nice turn out and...- LoweBow

I've never seen one held in Shelbyville before. Usually the closest are Lexington/Paris and Lawrenceburg. Being it's a 10 min ride there...I guess I'll check it out and report back!- LoweBow

Our chickens eat more garden scraps rt now than bagged food. Between the toss out tomatos, zuchs, cucumbers, etc...they are staying full...All my girls are still laying....went 6 for 6 today, but they are all the palest color of brown...almost dirty white.- LoweBow

The heat and a little bit of a respratory infection knocked my girls back for about 4 days or so, but they got right back on the nests and have been laying like normal. I will say that my eggs seem to have gotten a tad smaller and shell color a little chaulkier, but alls well realy.- LoweBow

My son adopted these 2 little guys yesterday. We've got them in a 2 strand electric fence, but man they are smart.....2nd strand was added after some jumping and ducking under the single strand.....so far so good. Both about 1 yr old and neutered.- LoweBow
