Tonight I am making Squishie's fav Aussie style potato cakes. Peel and slice potatoes into 1/8 rounds, Boil until still firm but enough for the next step to finish them (prob 7 mins?). If you cook them too long they break apart when you dip them. (of course that gives you more crunchy peices)...
