Poor girl. Can her head be manipulated back into an upright position? Do you have a vet that you can take her to? I have never seen this before with an injury. I am assuming the puncture wound may have caused nerve damage.

Is Pepe the injured chicken? Have you been able to get her to drink water? Can you post additional photos of her the way she is now and of the wound. You mentioned earlier (I believe) that you have a new hen that was not feeling well, what about her, is she better?
