    Oh, I sure hope the botox is helping. He should try dysport if the botox isn't working at any point. Dysport is just another form of botox. An EMG machine should always be used when the shots are given for best effect. I wish him well with his treatment.

    SD is normally an acronym for Spasmodic Dystonia. It sounds like her headaches could be triggered by muscle spasms, maybe? Sorry I was delayed with this. I really am sorry she is in pain.

    Botox helps migraines. My headaches are from my musles that spasm. Botox stops the neurons from reaching the muscle...not all, but it settles the muscles down. I get 1,000u every 3 months.

    I don't think so. I could be wrong. I think they are considered surgical. They stick to the wound to keep it clean. I was looking, but it is hard to tell which is the right one. My husband used them for a short time and HS patients use them.

    I have been lucky so far to escape those. My head hurts when the botox wears off or when my neck is bothering me. I get stabbing feelings behind my eyes sometimes, but it is fleeting. I am sorry you have migraines 😔
