On the majority, if not all my breeds there are major differences between comb and waddle, size and color by 12 weeks. So I would expect more of both color and size especially on straight comb breeds by 12 weeks.
Nothing is set in stone. Their feathers have yet to really grow in the saddle...
Maybe just a bigger chicken... Comb and waddles don't look boyish at all and that is a very significant indicator! (especially by this age)

Agreed with them....
But the second one that's barely showing... maybe boy.
Looks like thicker legs and possible saddle feather coming in. Would have a significantly bigger comb than that pullet though, by now.
