If I recall correctly, salmonella was found in 3% of the small flocks that were sampled in this study. So, salmonella was not found in 97% of the small flocks that were sampled. I don't recall the incidence in larger flocks (3000+ birds), but I think the low incidence in small flocks is good...- song of joy
