    Could it be RI state regulation on eggs causing the USPS problems? I know there are a couple states that won't let eggs in or out without some very specific documents.

    I charge for actual shipping with confirmation AND the cost of packaging. Delivery confirmation is not free. Bubble wrap is not free most of the time.
