Hello all that gave me advice! I'm happy to report that I have 2 peeps, another one pipped and the last 3 i can hear peeping! :weeI'm so glad I left them alone and let nature do its thing! Thank you to you all! Here are a couple pics of my first 2 babies. Have no idea what color they'll be. Lol

Ah could be worse right. They were all great roos and got rehomed. Maybe I'll get lucky and get all hens this year!:fl

Thank you all for the advice! Usually I'm just praying for hens. Now I'm praying for hatching. :confused: The only year everything went smoothly was the first year. Last year 3 fully formed chicks never hatched AND the 5 chicks that did hatch we all roos! :barnie

My #1 egg was laid 5/31 or 6/1...didn't know if I was gonna let my hens hatch babies this year so didnt date first 3. Anyway I expected to see a chick or at least a pip today but still nothing. I can hear a faint peep. Should I start a pip or just leave it and pray??? Lost 3 last year was hoping...
