You may want to tap around the food and water. Show it what to do. But the yolk has enough nutrition for 3 days after hatch. My chicks always start eating within 24hrs of hatch though.- AlleysChicks

You can put a mirror in with the baby and she won't feel so lonely. Make sure the baby also has food and water available. Maybe once the others hatch you can slip this baby back in at night with the mom.- AlleysChicks
