I hear ya lol. Used to, all the chickens I had to take care of were my boyfriend's games--I started getting into layers about a year ago (@ his suggestion, mind you)--now I take care of OUR chickens, along with two horses, 4 peafowl, some free-range ducks, way too many dogs/puppies & the house...
I have 24 hens/pullets...pretty certain at least 13-14 are currently laying. I got 10 eggs today, which is a daily high for me (I'm a numbers person & like keeping records of how many per day & from which pens). Most of the rest have previously laid & need to start again, while a few may not...
