Ya we said we would only have like 3-4 hens. Well we started with 4 hens and a rooster... And then 2 weeks later we brought home eight chicks. And we said we wouldn't get more than 6!!! Chicken math sucks lol!

Ya I don't really know how many will fit in there. Don't really have a plan for it either. We are just coming up with ideas as we go, so we shall see what the end project looks like. Hoping it will be done this week sometime. Can't wait to fill it up though!

Just wanted to let everyone know, my husband and I are beginning to build our first coop.... We are using all recycled material, mainly pallets!!! :D

Sounds great! I got a few ideas online today for how I wanna build the coop. We are very excited and look forward to building this weekend! Hopefully the weather will hold out for us! I can't wait to bring some home!!!

Our back pasture backs up to 71. There is a cluster of 4 houses all together and we are in the middle.

I have a 2yr old! My husband and I are looking to raise either Rhode Island Reds or Buckeyes! I am at 61 and county rd 21!! We are very close!! I am hoping to build a chicken coop this weekend!

We actually just moved to the area. We currently don't have any chickens. But we are hoping to build a coop here soon. And then we will get some here shortly! Yes we are neighbors!!! We live on 61!
