Hey cavemanrich all good! Yes, kangaroo meet is readily available in the supermarkets alongside beef and lamb etc. I have tried it but not a fan myself; it has a rich gamey taste, reportedly a cross between venison and buffalo.- Teila

It is Friday here in Aus and Friday night is hamburger night! Hubby's BBQ'd burgers do not fit in a standard store bought bread roll [bun] so I have make them to accommodate. I will share some pictures tomorrow.- Teila
