    I've also made a chicken rice soup with vegetable. After the first serving I couldn't help but feel it was lacking. So I added more rice and vegetables. :wee It definitely needed more body. One of my key ingredients; vinegar!!

    So how do you clean it? Do you wash it and then retreat it? Or just wipe it. I had a hard time when I had mine. My family mostly just wiped the small pan they had so it always stayed seasoned. I do like to get a wash in on mine though.
