Yes, at least he was nice about the chickens. And it was our problem with the paperwork. But if the new buyers our real country folk, maybe they will get chickens and be more tolerable about our animals. And I am just fine with moving the hogs but I don't think we will sell them, just keep them...

I think the deed was in the paperwork, we just weren't careful enough. Not yet, but he did say that they were looking at a place in Florida and stated that they wanted to sell in the near future.

He gave us the copies of some documents that he had gotten at the courthouse. They were signed by him, a witness, and a notary. Can't argue much with that. We may just move the hogs to one of our friends places until our neighbor sells the land and a hopefully country lovin' animal lovin' buyer...

The big thing in his favor is that he is an attorney. I'm sure he has lots of official documents.

I'm not sure if it was made available or not. They sold the land in 2006(not sure on the date) to a different owner who lost it to the bank in 2010. We bought it from the bank in 2012. He's coming over to talk about it later this evening; I guess we'll see what proof, etc. he has.

It isn't really a will. It's like they didn't want the land to be a farm and so they made it legal that none of the mentioned animals could be on the land.
