    if the crop of the peeping chick is empty, I would work hard to get it to eat and drink. If the crop is full, the bottom is clean, and the temperature is right, and it STILL keeps peeping. .. there might be something internally genetically wrong with it. Just keep caring for it... but it might...

    put it next to the feed and peck at the feed with your finger , see if it will eat.

    pick it up and look at the back end... you want to see a good clean opening for the poop to get out.

    that is my guess...pasted over on the back end. Also check its crop. Some chicks are just silly and don't catch on with the eating and drinking thing.
