    Overcast but unlimited visability this morning, even over the river. Now clear skies and 53f, only 66% humidity. One year it got to 30% and the grain elevators across the river from me just exploded.

    At 5pm in New Orleans it's 59*F, 90% humidity. Warming since this morning. I have been looking up the River from the 15th floor and there is less and less visibility
