    Des Moines, Iowa.. mild weather. It would be better without the wind. Today’s high was 53°, but it feels 10 less due to windchill. And that wind has a bite 😣

    Today was 61° before 8 AM and it got up to 73° with high winds. I finally had to put the girls away when things kept getting blown over since I didn’t want them getting hurt. I just asked Alexa what the wind speed was today and she told me there’s a tornado watch. 😒

    Yeah, I know we need the rain, but I just hate the mud. It’s bad enough I bring straw into the house as does everyone else because of the chickens, but bringing my mud in is even worse 😖

    March 7 at 6:47pm central time (Iowa) and Alexa says we are at 61°. Today’s high was 68° and next week is supposed to be similar. Woot!
