    Duck gender/breed identification needed!

Got them today! Here they are individually... (please watch for any gender giveaways) That's Harley. She/He is like a nervous little bullet, zipping around and is the most fearful of me. This is Gracie. She/He is much calmer, more mature than the others, and loves her food! She's the first to...

    Duck gender/breed identification needed!

I just have a thing about drakes. :( I had a Pekin drake brutalize and pull the feathers out of my 5 females to the point of killing one. He has been rehomed now, but it's something I'd never want again. Maybe he was a bad apple? Are drakes just murderous?

If some turned out to be drakes, but were young and growing, would it pose an issue before they're mature?

    Duck gender/breed identification needed!

My best guess would probably be a feed store. They were bought around Easter, and stores sell them young. I'd estimate that they're around 7 weeks old?

    Duck gender/breed identification needed!

I haven't seen the birds in person. The photo and video is from our friend. He's bringing them by our barn for me to look at next week. I'll be able to post more footage when I get them.

    Duck gender/breed identification needed!

A close friend of ours came to us in need of rehoming a trio of 7-week ducks from Easter because his grandson is "tired of them". We have a barn, and I've been raising ducks for 3 years. They're Unsexed and are an unknown breed. Here they are... I've had male and female ducks before. They...
