It's great that you have a vet to work with, you're lucky. Because as @Squeak61 said, bumble can be quite serious and can even cause death. Hopefully your duck just has a a callous. If the the spot starts to get bigger, or the duck starts limping or acting oddly, please call your vet ASAP.- casportpony
