Humidity goes way up all by itself once they are actually hatching. All that time being so clean and careful and then the ducklings make a huge mess of it all! I’d just leave it alone until they all hatch...

How long has the external pip been there? I just checked my notes - my ducks hatched at 36-60 hours after the external pip. Some partially zipped and then just sat there for hours before hatching the rest of the way. They were very pokey, but healthy.
