So unfortunately the last egg didn’t make it and had piped internally but never externally :(
But I am slowly getting to the bottom of my ee chick, the hen looked like this
And she said they had a reddish rooster with fuffy feet at the time so I’m thinking that must be the daddy, maybe a buff...
Nope just 4, the roo was either a Barred Rock (who I’m assuming is the dad) or an “olive egger” that I have no clue whats mixed into, I’ll have to go and look at their birds again and see who caused it.

I had two hatch yesterday! Hopefully the other one hatches here in the next few days, tomorrow is the “official” hatch day. One chick looks like a full Barred Rock and the other is an EE with feathered legs?! It must come from the momma lol
If anything it would be the ladder of the two, I think they had a rooster who died recently who was mainly with the hens, they’ve since switched roosters so it probably has something to do with that.
I’m down to 3, 6 infertles guess my neighbors rooster doesn’t do his job well enough. But it’s weird because 4 of those were blue and all the blue came from the same hen but only 1 was fertile :idunno
