I quit with the shipped eggs but I am having good sucess with my own backyard mix babies! Currently hatching more Turkey's th as n chicks but still so much fun!

Woke up to 3 little turkeys in the bator

Day 5 seems early to call it for me I usually wait till day 10 unless they are obvious blood ring

So I walked in the house last night to s cute fluffy little ee looking out of the bator......and 2 more hatched overnight.....I didn't expect any till late today...hmmm 5 more turkeys and 9 more chickens to go for this hatch

Set lockdown for this weekends hatch. 5 turkeys and 11 chicken eggs, some of the chicken look a little ...... like they still have lots of moisture in there..... not sure if its cuz I have been hatching turkey lately or???? Otherwise things look promising. Last hatch we still have 12 out of 13...

look who joined us this morn..... our first turkey of February! I have 13 more? To hatch this weekend , a batch each of the following 2 weekends...... now to build more brooders.... or find more tubs? Yikes
