    The first to arrive, a day early but we'll take him! I've decided to take them out and put them in a drying pen this year. I figure it'll give them more room to stretch and leave more room for the other's to hatch. Any thoughts? I'm new to this and always welcome advice.

    I've started getting some pecked through shells, should I open a vent now or wait until at least 1 hatch. I didn't think about a sponge, I've got some guitar humidifiers which is nothing more then a special type of sponge that holds water better then a regular one. They should work fine I think...

    My problem with the vents being open is the humidity drops considerably. Is there something I'm not doing right? I heat the water before I fill, I have all the reservoirs filled right now. Also at which point should I open a vent? After the first egg is completely hatched or when they start?

    I've just ordered some Harlequin's because our incubating is not going well. I suppose had I bought a better quality incubator we might of had better luck.
