    woooot woooooot 2 babies - 1 more pipping !!!!!!!!!! I don't even won't tp gp tp work I want to stay and watch for more babies. alas have to go to work Hopefully I will be able t post some pics tonight for everyone to see the newest additions they are so cute I am very proud of Ms Silkie her...

    I had 1 Delaware Blue hen hatch so far - 1 other had pipping- Ms. Silkie so far has been a good 1st time broody! I hope I wake to more babies in the morning

    My girl is on day 19 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am on pins and needles - I candled and I saw veins in all 5- didn't see any kind of movement I hope they are good - Friday can't get here soon enough!!!!

    I have my girl in a plastic dog crate-I take her off 1 time a day at the same time and make sure she's back on w/i 10 min- it's only golf balls until friday- 1st time chickie mom for both of us- hopefully it goes right and I end up with fuzzy butts in @ 21 days:D

    Cool- glad I found this posting- I have a Silkie who wants to have babies- I have no rooster- Located Blue Hen eggs and I'm picking them up on Friday She's separated and sitting on golf balls right now crossing fingers that she is a good mommy hen
