Ok... My inexperience... I'm screaming to remove shell from the pip to provide air. But if you do it too early you risk shrink wrapping. I'm not there and can't hear or see and it's driving me nuts.
The experts I called for are driving home from work. If you sense it stopping or getting weak let me know. As it might be time for an intervention. There's only so much air in that egg util it get's a good external pip.

It's not unusual to have an early starter. It's also not unusual for them to take up to 24-48 hour break between pip and zip. Just keep an eye on it and as long as it's breathing let it take it's time. Best of luck on...
