You can get all sorts of after market bands for your fitbit. Here's my favorite kind:Metal mesh, fits with a magnet, doesn't give me a rash, a little under $10 at Amazon (tho you can pay more, but they're all the same quality ime). Search "band for charge 4" or whatever kind you have. There must...

None of your bio information is available to the non-hacker public. With some of the newer exercise challenges like Bingo, in addition to step counts, participants will be able to take a guess at how many active minutes and miles you have completed. Even this depends on your use of the boo-boo...

It took me a while, but I think I have this figured out. If you hit a wrong tile you will always get some sort of a concession. So you can do it on purpose. For example let's say you have lots of active minutes but you've already flipped all the relevant minutes tiles. Flip a minutes tile that's...

Yes, I'll bet it is. Mine would be, and my legs... it's my hip that would keep me in agony all night, though. I've finally accepted that I'm gonna have to take it easy until it gets better (I think). Though I do intend to get chokecherries next week's beginning. Right now there are SO many...

I remember turning 30. I might have had a rougher time of it, but I had recently learned a friend of mine was in her mid thirties. She didn't look any older than I. She was a beautiful, vivacious, energetic lady. So I decided not to worry about it. 🤷‍♀️ That was 30+ years ago. NOW I look old...

I know what you're talking about. It's miserable. And he has had no problems with it since the CPAP. Neither of us expected this, but as long as people sleep, our bodies (normally) keep those urges in check. As soon as we wake, back they rush. He believed it was his prostate waking him, but it...

DH has been sleeping through the night since he's been using CPAP. (the mask that only covers the nose) He used to get up 6-7 times a night. Really frustrating for him. It took him a while to get used to it, but he's really happy with it--and hardly ever do his previously irritable sinuses...

:gig Try pulling the cart with one hand and pushing a crappy store wheelchair with the other, because the motorized store scooters are all in use by youngers who can't get around account of too many twinkies. 😕

I just found that certain brands gave me an almost instant headache. I'm just speculating about the tummy ache, but some peeps are sensitive to sulfites--they're poisons in tiny amounts used to halt fermentation after all--stands to reason they'll bother some folks. My own did not cause me any...

Some kinds of wine have affected me that way... also given me a headache having taken no more than ~4oz 🤷‍♀️--I wonder whether it might be sulfite levels?

You do need a bit of water for this, right? I use a steamer basket and cook six minutes (that seems to work best for me at a mile high), but I have a cup or so of water in. Actually I don't think mine will even stay on if there's no water.

I love my spiralizer, but when you're super busy or just feeling lazy, the prepared frozen veggie "noodles" are very helpful to have. Plus you find out how much you're likely to eat them and if it's "all-the-time," then maybe get one. Otherwise, if you just run out and buy one ('cause maybe...
