I’ve been doing pretty well going on my walks every day. I got at a very fast pace (kind of speed walking I guess).
The last few days I have not done well though, being in a car for 7 hours (long drive to a wedding) and staying somewhere that is not walkable.
Mine lasts about 10 days; maybe longer. I just charge it whenever I notice it’s around 10% :P
I’m also the type of person who waits until the phone is at 1% percent then I sprint to the charger. :oops:
Thanks! Yep, definitely am wanting more substantial food… ‘you guys had teriyaki for dinner? Can I have some?’ ‘Oh, that sandwich looks so good…’
I’ve started eating a bit more of warm foods, but still very soft. (Like refried beans)
It went well and I’m feeling alright. Mostly been in bed the past couple days. I’ve been trying to get up and walk around at least a little bit every couple of hours.
Unfortunately I believe I also caught a cold somewhere in the mix, so now I’m very congested, but not allowed to cough or...
I’m getting my wisdom teeth removed (I’ll have general anesthesia because it’s a bit complicated and long) and am not supposed to walk around much afterwards.
I might go on a jog beforehand though.
My brain took a few minutes to figure it out.
“Oh my! That’s a lot of weight to loose! That’s not healthy to drop that much weight in such a short time. Is that even possible? Oh… wait… now I get it…”
Oof. I should eat more tomorrow. I don’t think 500 calories is enough.
I skipped breakfast, had apple and almond butter for a snack, and then a slice of pizza, apple, and Brussels sprouts for dinner. (Rather eclectic)
At least I didn’t have dessert.
My Fitbit says my cardio score is poor.
Before it was very poor, but then I took a med that decreased my heart rate, and it went to poor-fair. (I’ve since stopped the medicine, as it caused dizziness, chest pain, etc.)
