Seems batteries going dead on the newer models is a common problem.
I have to charge my Charge 5 about every 5 days. I wish it had a battery like the Garmins do, a watch battery. I never once had to change that, even after three years

Mine worked great for first couple months but then started slow charging errors and losing charge within 48hours unless I do like keeks and put it on the charger while showering or watching tv

Lovely nights rest

I’ll probably take a nap later

I've been getting a lot of steps this week for someone with COVID. The morning chores that I used to get done in about 500 steps now take me closer to 1500 to 2000 steps at the new place. Someday, when the house is done, it won't be so bad.
:hugs

My Fitbit says my cardio score is poor.
Before it was very poor, but then I took a med that decreased my heart rate, and it went to poor-fair. (I’ve since stopped the medicine, as it caused dizziness, chest pain, etc.)

I wouldn’t be too surprised if my cardio score was really that poor, but I think that because I’m so anxious all the time, my heart rate is generally fairly high. Even when I sleep, I often wake up in cold sweats with a racing heart rate. (However, when I do a very relaxing activity, such as drawing, my heart rate drops significantly).

Oof. I should eat more tomorrow. I don’t think 500 calories is enough.

I skipped breakfast, had apple and almond butter for a snack, and then a slice of pizza, apple, and Brussels sprouts for dinner. (Rather eclectic)

At least I didn’t have dessert.
