Definitely need to get more protein in there…..not so much about calories per se but balanced macros that’s what I watch more than anything and then healthiest options within macros ie complex carbs veggies and whole grains and lean meats
 
I was at my friend's place today for a shower and some laundry and she asked me if I wanted any veggies. She opened the 'fridge and my eyes homed in on the celery and I said, "Celery, please!"

I don't even like celery all that much, but I was sure craving it today. I cooked eggs for everyone so I could have some protein and then ate celery and an apple. It helped.
