My Fitbit says my cardio score is poor.
Before it was very poor, but then I took a med that decreased my heart rate, and it went to poor-fair. (I’ve since stopped the medicine, as it caused dizziness, chest pain, etc.)

I wouldn’t be too surprised if my cardio score was really that poor, but I think that because I’m so anxious all the time, my heart rate is generally fairly high. Even when I sleep, I often wake up in cold sweats with a racing heart rate. (However, when I do a very relaxing activity, such as drawing, my heart rate drops significantly).

Oof. I should eat more tomorrow. I don’t think 500 calories is enough.

I skipped breakfast, had apple and almond butter for a snack, and then a slice of pizza, apple, and Brussels sprouts for dinner. (Rather eclectic)

At least I didn’t have dessert.
