I have little people I can put them on once the elastic I ordered arrives. I think the smaller sized mask should make up for the difference but then again there are lots of different sized noggins too. :idunno
Sorry if I upset you, I was just sharing what made it easier for me to understand.
The unfortunate truth is that everything is being made political. Not something I'm willing to get in to but I have lots of family and friends in the medical field and I now actually know people that are affected...
From what my RN friend put into dummy terms for me to understand is that this isn't a "people" virus so we don't have any immunity and "flattening the curve" is so that there is enough equipment to save the lives of those that have it.
I posted this at some point in the thread but here is what...
I see kids catching crawdads in the massive ditch we have in the backyard all the time. I don't have a clue what they're using to catch them but it must be pretty easy! lol
When it rains really hard the crawdads will come into the backyard and I've seen the chickens excitedly running around with...
I'm so sorry to hear this. :hugs It's happening everywhere. My Husband isn't working right now and I'm just grateful that we're not exposed. I keep telling myself maybe it's a God thing and we're home on my little income so that we can stay safer during all of this. He does have a heart...

This is a fantastic idea!!! Something lighthearted in all of this and I just happen to have a vinyl cutter and plenty of heat transfer vinyl to apply to the masks! You're awesome! :highfive:
You can reuse them but there's a certain amount of time. I can't remember the time frame, maybe someone else knows? That's what I like about the fabric ones being washable though!
I'm going to be making as many as my chubby little fingers can handle, lol. Send me or @IamRainey your address, we need to take care of our BYC friends just as much as those in the medical field. My husband has a heart condition and needs them as well and he's going to be sporting a chicken...
That's good to hear that people are donating theirs! I have one that I use for cleaning the chicken coop, lol. I have some replacement filters though and I'm seriously trying to figure out how I could sew a few masks that would take these filters...
