Can you post any pictures or start a new thread? If the chick has wry neck or torticolis, most people treat that with vitamin E 400 IU, a little egg for selenium, and vitamin b complex 1/4 tablet daily can be crushed and fed in a spoonful of water.
Wry neck can happen for several reasons. Vitamin E or B1 (thiamine) deficiency, head or neck injuries, heredity, and in some chickens with certain diseases, such as Mareks and some others. Has your pullet had wry neck since hatch or for very long?
