Of the ones you have listed, I would vote for the Barred Rocks. My wyandottes, although beautiful in appearance are my most aggressive breed and the least friendly. Having said that, if you are lusting for the salmon favorelles then nothing else will do. Wait for them. Let us know what you decide.
