Single comb blue turned out to be a pullet! She just started laying a few weeks ago (roughly 27 weeks). The other blue one, cockerel. Not sure on the other one! I didnt keep it long enough

All 3 are standing taller than normal. They was slightly nerved I took them out for pictures :lol:

I was wondering on the slower comb growth too being a silkie? Never grew one out with a single comb. I just wanted them for eggs, and maybe hatch some babies for myself next year. So the single comb didn't bother me much. But I have 3 silkie cockerel already I have to decide on.

Iris, I know both Iris and Irene have straight combs. All 3 are 8 weeks old Saturday. Irene Hera is the one I'm really crossing my fingers on. I'm hoping I kept back pullets and not cockerels!
