    Make sure you spray weekly for 3 or 4 weeks because permethrin does not kill the pests eggs so weekly repeated treatments are necessary as they hatch out. Just keep the birds out until the spray dries after spraying. Good luck...

    I use a backpack sprayer but I have a lot of coops and when I treat one coop I treat them all. Before I got the backpack sprayer, I used a gallon sprayer with a wand. That way I could reach the hard to reach areas with the wand.

    I buy the concentrate and mix it with water at the 0.5% ratio. I don't think brands matter so much as the strength of the concentrate.

    Forgive this old lady. I meant poultry dust is usually (0.25%). I tried to get a picture but it was kind of blurry.
