I'm so sorry you lost your faverolles too. Since they have passed I have read so much about the salmon favorelles really not doing well in transport. I am in love with the breed they are so sweet and beautiful but knowing now that they don't survive transport well I don't think I will ever order...
I was doing a syringe for water, but hadn't thought to do it for food. I only had a children's tylenol syringe that I use for chicken care not tylenol. I will have to look that up.
So far everyone else is doing great, growing crazy fast and zooming around.

Really? It's too large totes joined together with the brooder plate on one side and the food on the other. It's 37" by 27". This is their started brooder and as they get bigger and it warms up here I move them to a much larger brooder box on our 3 season enclosed porch.
