    Oh gosh, I'm not sure. I would imagine each hen should lay between 5-6 eggs a week. They may slow down in the winter or during molt. If they go broody, they will stop laying as well. I don't feed organic, I feed Flock Raiser. So can't help you there.

    You can't sex by behavior this young. Saddles don't come in until around 12+ weeks. Spurs usually don't start getting any sort of substantial until they're close to a year or more.     They are all cockerels unfortunately. I'm sorry. Do not ever trust TSC on breed or gender. Sometimes they even get species wrong.
