    I'm glad she's perking up. I would still monitor her for several days. Consider getting a fecal float too.

    Photos of how she's standing? How old is the hen? What do you feed? If possible, get a fecal float to see if worms and/or coccidiosis are an issue. If not, then consider treating for both. Safeguard and Corid can both be found at TSC. Safeguard dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally...

    It sounds like she may be having trouble passing an egg. I would work on hydrating her and give her 1 Caltrate once a day. It wouldn't hurt to direct dose her with a poultry vitamin like Poultry Cell too. Hopefully she's just working on expelling a soft shelled egg and it has resolved by now.
