I almost made a bad mistake and jumped his butt about buying sugar cookies and chocolate covered pretzels.
Then I realized they were for the dog. :oops:
Get yourself a fancy water bottle and fill it up every morning and sip on it all day. Know how much it holds so you can keep track of how much you are drinking.
I personally like drinking water so for me it was just cutting out other drinks and only drinking water.
I cannot believe how crappy I feel after just a couple of days of eating Thanksgiving food and not exercising. I don't feel like I've really overate it's just what I've ate.
It's the stuffing! I love stuffing.

There's no footboard and he doesn't like his side tucked under the mattress so the sheets and blankets get all slid around all the time it's annoying. I get tired of fixing it every day🤪 And it seems there's no such thing as normal...
