Went to the doc and he said nothing topical would help because it's my body releasing too much histamine for some reason. So, I've doubled up on the antihistamine, I'm taking two Pepcid's a day(histamine 2 blockers) and he put me on Prednisone. Hives are finally going away!

Nothing has changed. I have been using all sensitive skin products for years. And it's not hormones, I take birth control daily, without skipping any doses so my hormones are regulated
Thanks. I do think stress is a part of it. Just a part though. If this craziness is gonna happen every time I get stressed, geez oh man! And food allergy is something I'm looking into. But I'm not having other symptoms of that so I don't know
I can't wait to start working out again. Right now, I'm dealing with body hives and if I sweat too much, I get super itchy. I don't know why I get the hives randomly. This time two years ago I was dealing with them too
Not drinking enough water is my issue too. I only drink about 50 oz of water a day. I do drink iced tea with very little Sweet and Low and skim milk though
Extra done today. Finally feel good enough to workout again. Had a stomach bug over the weekend and yesterday I had an allergic reaction to something, lips were super itchy and got very swollen. I looked like I had a bad botox job
Extra done. Shoulders and HIIT intervals. I really like the format, two shoulder workouts then 30 seconds of a HIIT move. The workout goes by really fast. On another note, found out that the stomach flu is going around the school so I hope my son and I don't get it. Some dumbass parents are...
