Now the days are getting warmer again it's time to get the BBQ(s) cranked up again....

We have a big smoke up here planned for the week between Xmas and new year.
There will be 4 or 5 of us smoking on offsets and I'm going to try the keg bbq doing a low and slow cook.
Loving the keg so far... its super efficient on fuel.
I may have just added to my BBQ collection :D
Second hand but I got it cheap.
It should look a lot better once I have given it a good clean.
Just in time for summer :wee
