We have a big smoke up here planned for the week between Xmas and new year.
There will be 4 or 5 of us smoking on offsets and I'm going to try the keg bbq doing a low and slow cook.

Loving the keg so far... its super efficient on fuel.

This is something you can make to compliment any smoked or barbecue meat that you may serve. The only critique I have is that he could have used a bigger knife.
This is one dude I want to hang out with.
