I have that one for my finches. It's top quality. I like the tray much better than the other one.

$130-140 including shipping is the most I would pay for a flight cage. Also, check craigslist. I've seen new flight cages for half price now and then.

Agreed, that current cage is not a good shape for budgies. I still recommend a full flight if possible because perching birds tend to feel safer with more space between them and their relative ground, however the one you linked is much better. I wouldn't mind keeping budgies in there. You can...
