yes I did find out and no it does not kill a chick if it has been exposed already, it just does not work if tht is the case. I can even do the whole thing myself now with no help whicj is good cause I only have my 3 year old ds most of the time lol

oh thank you for this post. how do I get needles no one will sell me any I am going to do all of my chicks. Can I do some that are a few months old? they have not been exposed to any adults still in a brooder in their own room.
