It's much easier to spray them at night when they are on the roost. Get the permethrin liquid concentrate. Also you need to clean out and spray the coop thoroughly.

If you are seeing eggs they most likely have lice, not mites. You need to treat more than one time, more like once every 7 days for at least 3 weeks.
