I appreciate (very much!) Your support, but I think it is a boy curl (but bad pictures, which don't show it clearly). I'll keep taking pictures of him :) as he grows... I think of it as moral support for those who come looking for this in the future.
It looks so much like my boy (his dad's)...
Does the voice sound male-ish?
I'll keep taking fluffy butt pics until he is (oops) until THEY are big enough to be identified...
Hopefully this is just a curl gene expression ;)
Why is it that a duck who never shuts up will become very quiet when you try to record them? here is my camera shy possible-early-boy separate from the others so that you can hear him chat. :)
They have gotten into their parents' bowls so they will have eaten non-chick foods, likely even dried mealworms. Could nutrition have provoked early hormones?
Gosh I hope so... Maybe they were playing with hair curlers when I wasn't looking. :)
But... His dad has a few drake feathers and they are kind of "high" on the bum... :(
Thank you for agreeing ! It is too young :) I am not ready for this (I want to stay in the duckling stage, before the hormones start ;) )
I'll bring back new pics when I go shut off the light to put everyone to bed.
Oh my! Another boy! I am going to have to build a drake house. (Should I...
Say it isn't so!
They were born March 3, it is April 12 and I think I already have a drake feather!
I thought it was a broken feather but tonight it looks curly. My baby is too young for this!
