Ok not sure if anyone noticed since it didn't occur to me it wouldn't be seen as it was the first thing I noticed. But this chicks back markings make a sad face. I marked it up on one to help others see it
So I got a couple quick pics of them all but #4 is still unsteady on its feet so didn't take them out for pics.
But then I noticed a really cool marking on #2's back!!! Lol. I am in love.
Baby #3 is out. The other EE from a blue egg!!! It is still drying but think a darker chipmunk. The 2 on the chair are the OE and first EE, one in incubator is 2nd EE.
Baby #2 is out. An EE from a blue egg. Not sure when it hatched but overnight between 1:30-6 am. Baby #3 has a big pip and I did a tiny safety hole in baby #4, but it was peeping away in there.
Thanks! I HATE waiting from pip to zip! LOL This one has been pipped about 17 hrs! There is a small line and another pip but that was about an hour ago and still nothing else. UGH!!!!! Was hoping it would hatch before I went to bed so I can move it to the brooder with the lone baby...
Ugh still just 1 pip!!! That one hasn't done anything and other 2 haven't pipped but were still alive last I checked. This line baby needs friends so they need to hurry up!
My OE hatched and this one isn't black!!!!! So excited, but hoping the older one I have and this one are both pullets so I get to pick which one I keep!!!
