We made all of the roost bars removable so if they get out of hand or too smooshed at the top, we can always take that bar out. We only have 7 hens so they'd still have plenty of room to roost. Thanks!

The top brace is flush against the wall, but the actual top roost bar is about 6 inches out from the wall. It's hard to tell that with the angle of the picture. If the girls try to roost on the brace (which they probably will) we'll pull it out a bit. Thanks!

This took about 6 hours and we were able to use wood leftover from another project. Love those $0 improvements! Can't wait to finish outfitting the rest of the shed and move the girls in!
